Placing Orders

We accept payments through paypal. Paypal provides secure online transactions and you don't need to have an account with them to place an order. Orders are processed within 3-5 days and shipped within that time. You should have received an email confirmation from Paypal for your order. Please log on to PayPal to see your order status. Shipping We ship using the United States Postal Service. We use Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. This method usually takes 3-5 days. If you need something sent faster, please email us at customerservice[AT]tokkisom.com with "PT shipping" as the subject line . We can ship internationally! Please email us to discuss shipping options. Return & Cancellation Policy Orders can be cancelled within 2 days of order placement. After that, the item may have already been shipped. You'll have to email customerservice@tokkisom.com ASAP with "PT Order Cancel" in the subject line. We accept returns for a full refund within 15 days of your receipt of your items, provided the items are in resellable condition. Please let us know the reason for the return. You can return items to the return address provided on the packaging.
