Barnacle Ninjas are the ultimate guardians of Hinky Fluff Island. Ruled by King Goomi, the ninjas are tireless in their pursuit of Henchmen, the evil creations of Dr. Mortimer Von Hinkystein, a mad professor who has taken over an island in the Hinky Fluff bay. Dr. Von Hinkstein sends his henchmen out periodically to check on the residents and ensure that no uprising is taking place. Once they disembark from their rafts onto land, the Barnacles are waiting for them. Fierce bloody battle often ensue and have gone on for years.
On one such battle, Thinklebury Thursday, King Goomi met his demise while fighting several henchmen. The only evidence of him left was a tuft of blue fur, his staff, and crown. His ninja minions mourned their leader, holding several ceremonies over 3 month period. They vow to uphold his dream of having a free Hinky Fluff and continue to fight henchmen to this day.
What the little ninjas do not know is that Goomi is very much alive and well. On that fateful Thinklebury Thursday, Goomi executed a plan that was years in the making. He jumped over the cliff onto a raft, but not before leaving his staff, some fur, and his crown. Goomi, for years had grown tired of his life as King. He felt life had more to offer than war and ninjitsu. He desperately wanted to be a chef--his only dream was to bring smiles to faces through culinary arts, not martial arts.
After sailing for many weeks, he landed on Kokkiri Island, where he now owns Goomi's Diner. Goomi's Diner is one of the most popular restaurants on the island! |
