Binkies live on the city of Cheezbourg in the Southern region of Hinky Fluff Island called Binky Fluff. Binkies are an active group of creatures that love to hike, take small rowing trips in the Bay of Mortimer, and backpack to Hinny Fluff--the wild northern region.

A few years ago, Binky, a blue and red squidbunny grew tired of his desk job, quit and embarked on a lone hiking trip to Hinny Fluff. He saw many sights that he had never seen before--Noras flying along the cliffs; Ninjas practicing ninjitsu atop rocks on the shore; poos assembling en masse in the dunes of Hinny Fluff; grazing swamp meese in Squealy Pig, but it was what we would see in the Haunted Forest that would forever alter him.

Binky was adamant about touring the house of the most famous recluse, Cavity Man--a creature ousted by the town after the accusations of a fervent dollop of toothpaste called Toothpaste Man were left unquestioned. Cavity Man's house became known to many as a mystery house, yet no one dared venture into the Haunted Forest. Many stories of troublemaking apparitions in that forest were passed down from Cheezbourger resident to resident until the forest became of place of fear.

So, against the advice of his best friend, Grinky (an angsty artist of note), Binky entered the Haunted Forest on the return leg of his journey. It was late evening when Binky left Cavity Man's home. The tour was fascinating but uneventful. In the darkness of the forest, Binky heard a noise in the shrubs behind him. He turned, but saw nothing. Another rustling sound and still Binky saw nothing. When he faced the trail ahead of him, he saw it. He couldn't believe his eyes. It just wasn't possible. An extinct Beetamim was in the trail eating nuts. It was caught off guard and stared at him with its beady eyes. Two other Beetamims walked past and froze upon seeing Binky. Then all 3 Beetamims jumped into a hole in the ground and disappeared. Binky, completely flummoxed by the sighting of a species that had become extinct 4 centuries ago, became unhinged. He began shaking uncontrollably until smoke started billowing on his back and *POOF* out came Apeman!

Apeman has black fur and a red fuzzy face. His eyes are a little off kilter and he never says a word. He only quietly skulks behind Binky about 5 paces behind him and will only veer off the path to catch an errant poop so that he may add it to his always growing poo collection. Needless to say, encounters with Apeman by the residents of Cheezbourg were first met with horror, but are now met with ho-hum apathy.
