| Hae Eun Park began Planet Tokki in 1999 when she made a very sad little squirrel from a dusty old 1970s craft book. This little nondescript animal would later spawn a whole collection of other quirky creatures that would make up Hinky Fluff, and later, the Planet in which Hinky Fluff is found--Planet Tokki.
